Kai Gilge studied Electrical Engineering at Bremerhaven/Erfurt as well as Technical Physics at FH Jena. Afterwards he worked several years as “Developer of electrical circuits” at company Ertron, as “Head of Construction Design/Department” at company Fibercore as well as “Project Manager” at company Saint-Gobain DPF. He joined Novaled in June 2006 and has been Leader of the Sample Production Team + Group for 4 years in total. In his current position he is Senior Manager, Head of Business Line Engineering.
