Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Organic Chemist (m/f) to expand our R&D team, who will be responsible for the development, synthesis and purification of organic compounds on a multi-gram scale. In this position you will have a high level of technical responsibility. You will work in close collaboration with other organic chemists, analytic chemists, physicists as well as material engineers.

Your profile:

  • PhD in Chemistry with specializing in organic synthesis
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in industry in the field of organic synthe-sis chemistry, in particular in heterocyclic or dye chemistry (e.g. organic electronics, pharma-ceutical industry)
  • Very good knowledge of standard analytical techniques
  • Proactive personality with very good organizational and communication skills
  • Independent and team oriented working style
  • Interdisciplinary experience would be a plus, especially at the interface with material science and physics
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written), German is an advantage
