As per March 14th the new management organization is implemented to sustain the Company business move towards a global player in the organic electronic field.

The Business Strategy Team (BST) is created with the mission to (i) analyze any key business issue and make proper recommendation to the management, (ii) survey the alignment of our development programs with our business approaches, (iii) review the implementation of the company business decisions regularly and propose their adaptation.

The CMC is renamed in Business Excellence Council (BEC) and will be enlarged with additional members. Its mission remains the deployment of the strategy plan and will cover the analysis of our company business practices targeting Business Excellence as per Novaled commitment to EFQM.
