Organic Material Ideal for Mass Production

The implementation of Novaled's materials in mass production forms a central focal point of its research and development. As such, it has developed materials with the following essential properties ideal for mass production: evaporation temperature in reasonable range to enable simple process control low vapour pressure to avoid cross-contamination no diffusion of dopants in matrix at elevated temperatures to provide device reliability. These properties can be tailored in accordance with individual specifications and applications using the following materials: Dopable hole transport matrix material with high Tg Dopable electron transport matrix material with high Tg Temperature & diffusion stable molecular p-dopant (strong acceptor) Temperature & diffusion stable molecular n-dopant (strong donor) Novaled ensures quality and on-demand availability of its precious materials by subcontracting BASF.
