Giving a ray of hope: Our donation to Sonnenstrahl e.V. Dresden
At a time when solidarity and compassion count more than ever, we have decided to provide a ray of hope for families in difficult times:
It is with great pleasure to announce our support of 7,000 euros to the association Sonnenstrahl e.V. Dresden. This time, our employees had the opportunity to choose from health-focused projects via our annual donation project. The decision was made by far in favor of Sonnenstrahl e.V. in Dresden.
About Sonnenstrahl e.V. Dresden:
Since 1990, the donation-funded association Sonnenstrahl e.V. Dresden has been offering support for families with children suffering from cancer. In close cooperation with the oncological children's ward at Dresden University Hospital, they are a firm anchor in the midst of the challenges that such an illness brings with it.
The Avatar project and other initiatives:
With our donation, we not only want to support the existing commitment of Sonnenstrahl e.V., but also enable new ways of helping. A particular focus is on the Avatar project, which enables pupils with cancer to take part in school lessons and maintain social contacts despite their illness.
Mr. Noack, Managing Director of Sonnenstrahl e.V. Dresden, gratefully received the donation cheque for this heartfelt project from our management board.
We are delighted to be able to bring some light and hope into the lives of those who need it most through the association.
