Successful ISO 45001 Recertification Audit
Novaled’s certification extended for another three years
Novaled has successfully completed its ISO 45001 recertification audit, including the “Sicher mit System” (Safe with System) quality seal. The certification has been extended for another three years.
The audit confirmed that occupational health and safety is firmly embedded in Novaled’s structures and day-to-day operations. Particular recognition was given to the consistent focus on our Vision Zero, the structured management of external contractors, and the high quality of discussions with managers.
Our established system of Company Goals, BBS, quarterly reports, and consistent follow-up of improvement measures was also explicitly acknowledged.
At the same time, the audit provided valuable impulses for further development. Going forward, Novaled will place an even stronger focus on the role and responsibilities of managers in occupational health and safety – including the implementation of risk assessments and the management of psychosocial risks.
